MultiTaction at the new 49ers Levi’s Stadium

MultiTaction at the new 49ers Levi’s Stadium

by Darren Pitt on August 22, 2014

We are very exited to share this information with you. We have recently received news about upcoming events of leading developer of interactive display systems – MultiTaction.

The new 49ers Levi’s Stadium is open for public and so are the MultiTaction displays. The 49ers Museum at the new stadium is built around interaction as you can certainly see from this video.

MultiTaction displays are located at the stadium’s Education Center where they are the centerpiece of the new training facility.

At the Center, MultiTaction displays are connected to each other and controlled by a ‘teacher station’ that, by using MultiTaction Codice, can change and manage the content on each individual ‘student station’. The result is a fully collaborative teaching environment that allows interactive displays to be an integral part of the learning process.

With MultiTaction’s unique ability to simultaneously track 2D barcodes, pen annotation and multi-touch, the displays support advanced user interaction with digital content. For example, sharing annotated playbooks has never been easier (and more fun). The 49ers are the first professional sports organization to embrace the STEM learning concept and MultiTaction is proud to be part of it.
